Stug III ausf D Afrika Korps

Post by Sam84 »

Hello, well after 6 months of a scratch build and some help from you guys for sizing of printing files, I've finally finished it stug iii ausf d Afrika korps :D no crew yet.

If I've missed anything at all please let me know any suggestions will be much appreciated :D.

Next project will be Panzer iii Stalingrad with possible zombie crew thoughts?

Well I hope stug will look good.

Many thanks

Sam

I would add some wash, it looks nice but "flat".

Interesting! I find myself looking again and again at the detail differences between your Sturmgeschütz III and the stock Heng Long or Taigen ones. There's a great deal I don't recall seeing before, making me curious and wanting to dig back into my books. I agree about wanting to see more photos of your other goodies.

Very cool scratch build Sam. I wouldn't know the first thing of how to do what you've accomplished.

Thank you to everyone for responding. I do agree they all need a sort of wash on them looking at them lol :D .

Here's some pics of the rest of the gang hope you like them :D

I've started work on an sdkfz 250, now having a think about the 24th Panzer division Panzer iii of Stalingrad.

Thank you again

There are some fine looking tanks in there, especially Panther 205, Tiger S24 and Königstiger 323! Then, too, that display case seems to work well, better than an open bookshelf.
