I’m looking at some projects for the holiday, weighing these three options. Having no first hand experience of the three (local hobby shops are mostly focused on the German stuff), I was hoping some of you with more experience might weigh in ob how these stack up in terms of build issues, faults, etc. I know that some of the HL builds are more problematic than others. I haven’t ruled any of them out entirely, but I want to do more digging before I purchase.
Much appreciated if so.

stug great runner loads of parts & modifications available.
T34/85, great runner, loads of parts & modifications available.
I have no experience with the M4 but all accounts point to the same as above.
The H/L versions now are almost all V7 so well and truly good runners.
All have thousands of pictures and hundreds of hours of film & video on them to reference.

Yes, the HengLong M4 Shermans are fine runners. While I prefer the Taigen sound, metal lower hull, and the package of goodies all together at once, here in the States, you can get a higher quality HengLong Sherman through https://www.toucanhobby.com/

Excellent. Thank you, gentlemen. Glad to know I wouldn't be buying a lemon.
