Still think we will be offering these as self build kit
The top deck is formed with correct angle using our own diy former
Frame 3dprinted and slots together and is solvent welded
The frame also then bolts to the top deck and you can also superglue in place for a stronger bond of top and lower piece
Top deck slots in over the lower chassis to help binding of 2 components when glued
The small front top piece has alu profile sections which bolt thru into top deck to add extra strength and rigidity

If interest strips supply, that is not a problem, we can always order in more laser cut metal pieces
The metal components is not limited to top deck and the top piece sections, the hinges for the rear ramps and lots of other small flat detail parts are laser cut also.
This trailer unit is a hefty piece of kit, somewhere in the region of 1.5-1.8kg
