Better weld line groves

Need to replace the little Chinese made dremal style engraving piece that I use to deepen the edge of the molded joins on a tank were I put weld lines . Any suggestion's. regards John.

I've seen modelers use scribing tools like this Tamiya-



But I've also heard of them getting cheaper Chinese knockoffs on Ebay and them working out well.
