Hello Mr New Me

Post by greenplane23 »

Hi all
thank you for allowing me on here , normally a RC car/truck guy
However recently acquired a lovely Tamiya Leopard mk1 Rc 1/16 Tank
Pretty good condition with a few parts missing such as idler wheels for the metal tracks etc.
I was also wanting to know if there are any ways of making it a bit more operational , such as turning turret and up and down on the gun barrel
Any help will be muchly appreciated
Cheers
Mike

Welcome from Ontario, Canada!
Tamiya's are above the national budget of the Republic of Mike, so I'll be of no help other than to let you know that the turret and gun should go round and up and down. The Tamiya folks will be along to help you out and get sorted. Some pics of the tank and its guts will help out. It's a beautiful tank!
Mike.

Hi Welcome to the Forum, It is always nice to know we have a wealthy member on board,
As to fixing your Leopard mk1 ODDBALL may be able to offer helpful advice,
Then of course Tom Hugill who is a master of all things Tamiya will know a great deal more than you will ever need to know.
Enjoy this place and keep asking questions.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:
