Very lucky to visit the shop yellow and blue of Swedish delights and picked this new cabinet which is just the right size for two tanks. And new frames for pictures.

nice new parking space for the tractors.

Their finish goes nicely with the new furniture and wall color.

Thank you. Wasn’t planned, but modern tanks are big, even in model form. So we needed a new place for them.

I had heard Ikea was coming out with a redesigned Tanksplorge Hutchskraag but wasn't sure if was just a rumour. Obviously not!

Great conversation starter sippin' a martini with guests!

Hi Doc, IKEA are a Swedish company that makes self assembly furniture which it sells through its Europe wide stores,
That over simplifies it. To many IKEA is a way of life and people spend many hours in their stores (Sometimes on purpose but it can get very busy and slow). They of course know this so they all have cafes where you can spend even more of your hard earned. :haha:
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Yes, jarndice, you have exactly characterized my experience. In 2021 I was towed around the Ikea store in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S., by my sister and my sweetheart, and when we did get to the cafe, I was so thirsty...

Cynics the lot of you. Nottingham IKEA used to be 5 minutes up the road from us. Of course this was passed one of the best real ale pub in town. So if I got thirsty it had to be visited. Now we are a ferry crossing away, and it is in an industrial estate, so forcing me to purchase beer from them, so further enhancing their profits. 😝😝😝
