It might be worth asking Dave @ www.forgebeartanks.com
He certainly did sell them and may well have one gathering dust in the back of a drawer.
If not you could ask someone with a printer.

Good morning,
why not make one again with plastic card? otherwise the solution remains, make the upper chassis removable, with a magnet system, see on the forum, some have done it, and completely block this hatch with a piece of plastic of the right thickness, thus no more risk of loss
