I can't take the credit for the Rocket, that was designed by Martin on here, but i just had to make a Launch ramp for this so it could be setup as a cool diorama and exhibition piece.
The ramp itself is made up of seperate modular sections.
There is a strong internal tube which all the pieces are slid onto and each section locates and pins together. I am also thinking making them magnetic to one another.
The stanchions then locate with a pin.
This means the unit can be setup for displays quickly & easily and then disassembled and stored away better.
The ramp itself can either be made up of 4 or 6 sections as per the original ramps during WW2.
I have set the launch angle based on photographs i measured off the internet, but i dare say, if you wished to change the angle you could make different wedges for the legs

The next job is to print one out and see it in the Flesh. It is a massive piece in 1/16 at just under 2.5m!!!!
No doubt Wayne will want one to print in 1/6 hahahahaha
Don't worry your neighbours should not worry, i have not set it up to actually work, although how cool would that be...........
Just need to get some sounds and smoke setup i think so it brings the display to life a wee bit more.
