I went down a rabbit hole the other night regarding the IR tank battling & found a couple clubs in Ontario which is great. I come from the 1/10 no prep drag racing scene , but I'm excited to buy my first tank and get into some battles .
Cheers

Welcome Grim,
Plenty to learn here. I don't battle, yet I own two Tamyia battle systems, just not installed. I enjoy the modeling side of the hobby. There are plenty of members here that do battle. Ask your questions, plenty of good advice from a really great global group.

The no prep drag scene looks quite well populated in the states, and some really impressive raceways. The Canadian RC tank folk are a great bunch so you should be in good hands there. Great to have you in boardGrimmmreap3r wrote: ↑Thu Dec 22, 2022 12:16 pm I went down a rabbit hole the other night regarding the IR tank battling & found a couple clubs in Ontario which is great. Welcome Grimmreap3r: I am a bit south of the border: Wisconsin. I have often wished I could travel to one of the clubs "up north." I'd bet you have already checked out https://dgsselkirk.wixsite.com/dgsmilitaryhobby.
