I believe that is called a Neutral Turn and in the real world it is discouraged because it is a very easy way to lose a track as well as burying the Tank if you are on a friable surface.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Pretty much all of them do except the early Tamiya versions that have the single motor and clutch system. Some of the control boards allow you to turn neutral turns off or leave them on by default (Clark, TCB, and others). The HL, Torro/Taigen, and Tamiya tanks will neutral steer where each track can be driven separately, together or opposite of each other. It is referred as neutral steering, neutral turning, "pirouette", and also "super spin". All are correct terms. The opposite would be called skid steering (as that's what a skid loader does), "differential steering", Brake Differential Steering, or many other names where only one track is driven at a time either forward or reverse to make a turn.

Tanks can throw tracks using neutral steering or skid steering, but most modern tanks will neutral steer.
