I'm sure many here will have their own particular favourites. The most renowned airbrushes can be
very expensive, (hundreds of Euros) but if you look round carefully, and read lots of reviews, you can often find a decent one at a budget price. (30 Euros or less)
I'm happy with the more upmarket Harder and Steenbeck Ultra 'D' which came with .2mm and .4mm nozzles. These allow fine detail, and broader sweeps for larger objects, such as model tanks.
https://www.harder-airbrush.eu/en/home.html Badger, Evolution, Iwata, Sparmax all make decent airbrushes suitable for tanks. Depending upon your budget, you'll need to do plenty of research.
to decide what sounds best for you. Even budget (cheapish) airbrushes can give good results if used properly. Then again, even the
best airbrush will produce a bad finish in inexperienced hands.

Practice makes perfect. I learned that the hard way- or Harder way, perhaps.
I used a cheaper brush for a while, it was this one : The Fengda FE-130K with 0,2-0,3 and 0,5mm Needle/Nozzle and Hose. It's available from Amazon. The same brush appears (like many Chinese products these days) under other names. It's quite usable though. I also have Iwata's entry level model, the Iwata-Neo- but I've yet to test it. The reviews are fairly good though.
Any process, however, is only as good as the weakest link.
Thus, a good airbrush still mandates a good compressor. That is, of course , another topic.
