The tank shuts down itself IBU2U FO new

Hallo everybody how r u today ? I use a new IBU2U FO in my Taigen Kind Tiger. The battery is full charge. I use only the speaker , smoker TARR and one tail light. Many times when i use proportional plug fan the tank shuts down itself . Then i use a Tarr smoker with one plug . Again shuts off itself. Can anyone tell me why always that hapens ? Is that normal ? The board IBU is new.......(i work on a desk so the TX and RX is very close )(i tried many smokers with two types of wick and coil small and big and normal wick and thick )

Does it do this with other types and brands of smokers?

Also which plug are you using for the single plug unit?

Hi sir yes it does it with both tarr smokers.
The plug i use is this as photo " proportional smoke". (Thank you for your interest )

I have a few tanks running these boards so let me take a look at one of mine there should be a secondary plug 1 for the heater 1 for the fan. I will see which plug I use as I don’t use proportional smoker with ibu already being proportional. Failing that I can a uk supplier to see what he can tell me

Have you tried it with a different brand smoker

And also does it run ok with out a smoker being plugged in?

Sometimes yes with no smoker plug . I used only Tarr smokers

I saw pm. If you have any old hl smokers around try that. Perhaps a short video of it doing what it’s doing if possible
