I must have used them about half a dozen times, and every time I've received my items in good time and well packaged.

I have had similar positive experiences too. They have always been very quick to respond to email queries about the products they sell.

Wheelspin Models is where I buy all my Large Scale R/C Aircraft,
They keep you up to date with the progress of your order and reply promptly to any questions
