Tiger road wheel modification

How would I create this look. If I remove a wheel is it that easy? Wanting to do it to a prebuilt tamiya tiger 1

A friend of mine once did this, he said it only worked with Tamiya (and maybe a little bit of scratchuilding).

Are those hairs?

That is A1 on the Tamiya tiger A spruce (wheels) which is unused. I think you just put it in place instead of the wheel.

Hey Mark. I have the A1 parts you need (two of them). I can't remember if you need to use the A2 (spacer) part as well, so I'll send them along anyway. PM me your address and I'll get it out either tomorrow or Monday. -Mike
