Now that really is a loaded question lol. It all depends how fat your wallet is, tanks vary from around £80 to over £1000 in 1/16th scale.
A little knowledge of your budget and commitment to your purchase may go a long way

For anything half decent, you're looking at around 4 to 5 hundred. But those cheap ones around the hundred mark can be upgraded to a very good standard for upwards to about the same money.
