1/4 RC King Tiger Königstiger RC Tank Enjoying Summer Rain and Ponds
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello rik, owning to the different contruction of my KT than a standard Tamiya Tiger, the hull of my KT is 'pretty' much waterproof, there are a few tiny openings beneath the motor and at the track tension adjusters. But water will only go into the hull if the tank is stationary in a deep pond of water for few mins. Also, all electronics have been raised and are situated almost all at chassis roof so in theory my KT can take over 4 inches of water before things start to go wrong. here's a pic of the interior of my KT during its construction:grim_marmazet wrote: Even more amazing shots of your KT! Out of interest, how waterproof is she? And how was it done? I would love to waterproof my Tamiya Tiger 1, but im not sure how to do the torsion bars.
Cheers,
Rik
