Thank you Herman, as Mick says Very interesting especially the piece about track links not only not protecting the tank but actually decreasing the vehicles armoured effectiveness.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

In my best German/English accent: I want to add my thanks as well, Herr Bix. A very interesting and informative piece of useful information. As I am building a Stug III, with thin plate Schurzen, I believe that I will be in strict accordance with Whermacht Orders. My Stug III, is to be sent to the Western Front, circa mid 1944 Normandy. LOL
