Not my builds but so lovely I wanted to share! First is an IDF early m50, using a Tamiya chassis and gearboxes converted to mato VVSS and duckbill tracks. Wired up for Tamiya electrics which aren't present at the moment. This was all scratch build in the days before 3dprinters. Plan with this one to get some electrics in here and get a battle system fitted.
The seconds a hooben t55 in Syrian service, its running an ibu2 and has been upgraded to servo recoil and elevation. Lots of extra scratch built details like the fuel lines and tow cable holders
Very nice, Tom They could be yours. ...given your mastery of the dark plastic arts...
The closer one peeks, the better they look. I think that's truly the essence of well-crafted models.
