When I’ve finished my Twin M4A1E8 project, I thought that they were the last Shermans I’ve built. But I bought another partly built Tamiya Sherman already with T66 tracks and lot of Schumo bits, including T23 turret. For now I think it’ll be the Thunderbolt. And here we go:
And there are some photos I’ve found on the internet from the beginning of the building this model. I’ve to admit, that it was made by very tallanted modeler - the real Master...

I’ve already bought the model in the stade You can see on the photo. I’m just starting the work on it.

Much of the details are post war though they are pretty fine.
May you wanted some additional reference about Abrams' Sherman Thunderbolt VII, please see mine I did some 5 or 6 years ago now.

I believe Manu is right - Thunderbolt has an early T23 turret with split hatch but you could change it?
