Duxford Flying Legends Airshow 11th/12th July 2009

The largest gathering of Warbirds outside of the USA, and probably the best display of warbirds in the world (US warbird displays tend to be rather conservative affairs )

No aircraft list as yet beyond the Horsemen Mustang display team and the Lockheed Electra, but you can allways bet on the entire TFC fleet and a few supprises...

sadly not i had a toss up between that and fairford air tattoo and as i missed the later due to rain last year, fairford won. You'll have to take plenty of pics for us.

we used to be able to watch most of the display but they moved the zone over towards oxford way
a real bummer
do see the odd one now and again >:(

oh yes especially the B-52s 

live under R.A.F lynehams flight path as well so get loads of "Fat alberts" buzzing around watched them do the special ops drop once and man it was scarey from the ground but i bet the pilot and crew need new underpants everytime they do it
