Need help local to Hertfordshire

Is there anyone here who lives in Hertfordshire (preferably near Hemel Hempstead) and could help me with my tanks?

They are too large and heavy to post around so i need someone nearby so i can ferry them to and from myself.

I need help with both electronics and cosmetic stuff as i am totally new to this hobby
