First I’ve finished one pole because I haven’t had a plan for my insulators.
At the beginning I’ve used as holder for the insulators still 1 mm riveting head screws, later I‘ve changed to 1 mm brass rod, which will be easy sold to the traverse. To receive appealing insulators, I’ve built some test insulators. Used were easy round material which later was a bit shaped.
In the following picture on the left side shown variant is my favourite…
Thereafter I’ve bought me 5 mm round material from polystyrene…
It goes on with the transformation house; from a 5 mm thick hard foam plate were Masonry parts for lintel and cornice build.
Also at the roof was worked. Similar as at my barn should arise a wooden roof with a roof cardboard. For the substructure I’ve used again 10 x 10 mm square bars.
The square bars were after sawing glued and receive a cover from thin wooden plates, also leftovers from my barn.
The roof should be removeable and that’s why I’ve built for locking an inner construction.
Thereafter receive the house the first both lintels; furthermore receive my house a bottom plate with a step tread.
Also a doorframe were prefabricated.
