Hi,
the Micro need Power!
One way is, get Power from USB - than you have to wire the 3.3Volt from USB to the Micro = four wires!
Or you plug a Battery 5 to 6Volt at one Servoport to the Micro - than USB will work with tree wire.

Thanks for the info, mine only has 3 wires, but is generating sound ok. DasMikro<>Esc is ok.
It is only the last problem, Benedini<>USB that is a problem.

There are a bunch of drivers you should install. I tried to upload them in the forum, but the uploads system wont let me upload .rar files or files a bit bigger than the limit here in the forum.
I requested it to be modified, because I wanted to upload everything here, but it did not happened, and also it seemed nobody had interest on those drivers...

The current limit is 350kb, what size is the biggest zip file? I will see if I can increase the limit.

The limit in the forum is already 10mbs. I think my files were something about 15. But also is important for me if you let me upload .rar files.

I can't see any way of changing this, I will ask Matt if he has access to anything that I don't. It may be a limit imposed by the hosts?

Yep, it might be a host limit... Worst case scenario I could send you the files in email

Im not 100% sure, but dont worry, whatever they are, it makes the board work. Ill send it to you later, when at home.

The two files you sent are the driver for the FTI, and the Benedini software. I already had these two.
It's odd, bought two DasMikro boards, one started working yesterday and one won't work at all.
I am going to try the one that won't work in my Traxxas TRX4, it 'might' be an issue with the esc that I have installed in my HL truck that is stopping it generating sound as that one runs off a 6v battery pack. I only have tomorrow morning to try it as I am away for the weekend.
Many thanks for your help, it is appreciated. I suspect that the programming unit that Bangood supplied has an issue with talking to the Benedini software and the DasMikro board at the same time via the USB. A friend has a genuine Benedini USB, so I will pay him a visit next week.
