Hi John  Big fan of the sturmtiger is I've one myself and another soon to be addedImage

What are your plans for the paint now that the side skirts have been removed and such?

Are you keeping the intracate ambush camouflage scheme and adding some red oxide primer to the exposed lower hull?

Sorry for all the questions but this tank has drawn my interest and I'm excited to see what you do with it!

Carl

Thank you chaps for your interest, yes carl, red oxide is the order of the day for the now exposed areas, I quite like
the idea of a winter whitewash colour scheme using the hair spray technique, i dont know how that would work over
the current finish as i think the last owner was a boy racer at heart and has hit it with a can of satin black
tried to clean the satin black off with the wifes nail varnish remover (she hasnt noticed her missing cotton buds yet :haha: )
and its not coming off.
