RCCommand Battle System Help
Hi Gentlemen,
I'm at the final hurdle of installing a RCCommand Battle System to one of my H/L Stug III's. The online instuctions/pictures state that one wire is connected to pin 3 on the volume control.
Could anybody help with identifying Pin 3 on the volume control.
Thanks in anticipation,
Nick.

Re: RCCommand Battle System Help
Hi Nick sent you an e-mail; with photo of switch It should be the same wire that the DBC connects to. I had to trace it back to switch to conect the sound card to the RX 18 board rather than open up the box and have to make a hole for the wire.

Re: RCCommand Battle System Help
Thanks for the help and pic Pete. The RCC is a little different...pin 3 is the blue wire. Got it all soldered up and installed as per instuctions and all I got was a resistor smoking on the battle board
Here's what I posted on RCU.
Not having much luck up to press. All wired up as per picture instructions and all I get is the headlamp flashing. No sound or movement and the resistor marked "22" on the battle board is burning out. I tried the other board and thats doing the same. I isolated the batlle board and everything works as Heng Long.
Im beginning to think I'm not cut out for this. Maybe I should just stick to Tamiya
Nick.

Re: RCCommand Battle System Help
Hi The only thing I could see could go wrong is the rx input and output to the reciever board ,What would happen if they were reversed I.E. from the rx to the receiver output reciver conectted to the rx ,could this cause the resistor to burn out.
