a nifty use for Old transmitter connectors

Post by Norse »

Well today i got my RX18 but found i didnt have any 3 pin connectors BUT.....looking through my pile of bits i saw that the sticks from a HL transmitter use a 3 pin connector that is compatable. i doubt most of you have broken transmitters but could be cheaper to get a broken transmitter for a few quid rather than pay a stupid amount per 3pin connector

Now to work out in what order the wires from the volume contrl go into the RX18......

can anyone with a Stug III please take a pic of the connector/volume control please so i can sort out the wiring.
