Printing tank parts has me thinking about what colour filament to use. Not so much for the finish, they look better painted, but for if the tank gets scratched. 3 colours come to mind.
Grey or same as the other tanks I have, just so it matches
Silver so if it scratches it looks like base metal
Deep red/red oxide, again so the scratch looks like it's hit a base layer
What do you guys use? What's your opinion?
