One For The Brigadier
Some of the GUP fans might get a kick out of this. Strictly temporary markings before I do the three color camo, but I thought it would be fun to get a photo or two. I wasn't gonna spend $200 for a doll so the cut out will have to do.

When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

When I get back home from the Danube, I'll make sure that he sees it. You're absolutely right that he'll enjoy it!

I'm hoping he laughs so hard he wets his pants.

What pleases me most of all is that the people on this Forum for whom I have the greatest respect still remember "He who must not be named" who constantly reminded me that absolutely everything in life can be viewed in a different light.
I miss his take on our hobby and the World.
Oh and the "Hetzer" looks fabulous by the way.
Shaun.

Re: One For The Brigadier
I have no idea why "he shall not be named" ...................
General Alpha certainly loved his GUP swing on tanking, and he for sure had plenty to offer the broad membership on tips, tricks & guidance.....................more than some that lurk without intent, opinion or contribution.
For sure he would be a Brigadier by now if it wasnt for his cyber-demise.
If it were up to me alone- he would be welcome back, with changes to his M.O. being agreed.
Its not.
I can separate the actual human from the online character.................some can not.
That aside, Mr '52's Hetzer is a celebration of form following function and creative ways of arriving at a solution to an operational problem

Re: One For The Brigadier
I agree Mark, I'm hoping both Alpha and Max will write for my tanking website in the new-year... if I can get in contact with the General that is.
Great work with Hetzer Max , look forward to seeing the three color camo
