Tamiya 1/16 sherman M4

Post by Ludwig von wigbearer »

Good day all, now I have been thinning out a few items I hope soon to start on my Tamiya Sherman, I have seen for sale
a roller bearing set for about £12.00, are these worth bothering with bearing in mind :haha: it will only be a carpet
campaigner.

regards john.

Made an offer of £9.00 for these bearings and it was accepted, seller had good feedback so the purchase shouldn't be
like my last oriental adventure, also hope I don't get collared by uk customs as the over the top 8 quid handling fee is
now a 11 quid handling fee, bearings marked as dispatched as I am sending this.

please take a look on ebay/aliexpress. you can have all the bearings your sherman need for about 3 euros free shipping. just write the size on ebay.

Unfortunately I dont remember the size now, I think they were 2,5mm wide... but just take one of the sherman bushings and measure it.

welcome mate.

keep an eye on the idler wheel, because its the most important and its the only one that does not have any bearing or bushing. just plasfic over the metal axle...
