Panzer iv motor options

Hello guys, so I am underway on my Jagdpanzer resin kit and so far it's going well, however I noticed the stock panzer iv HL motors are in the way of the gun. Can anyone recommend a set that would sit lower in the hull allowing for the gun recoil etc?
cheers

The 14006L and 14016L (low position) gearboxes here at Taigentanks look like suitable candidates, and are store-wise sited somewhat nearer to California ;)

Hi Mick,
I used these in my panzer iv Wirbelwind.
Taigen 5:1 steel gearboxes.
They are nice and low and fit into HL. Also, they have a final drive ratio between the standard 3:1 and metal 4:1 boxes. Enough torque for a medium tank.
Can send pics if them fitted if you would like to see them in a pz iv hull.
Cheers

Whoops, sorry Mick. Too early in the morning for me.
I thought it was a strange ask from you, i kind of remember that you have similar 'boxes in your panzer 111.

Hi Markocaster, sorry abour the mixup, but I hope the gearboxes help you out. As you are in the U.S, Eric from Imex/ Taigen might be able to help you with them, otherwise, Forgebear has them.

Cheers
Steve
