Bought a 2nd hand Taigen Tiger and everything is fine except for the fact that the tank produces the firing sound non stop (also a random track recoil) upon "igniting the engine". Tested the same board on another one of my tanks and the same phenomenon appears.. so clearly something is wrong with the board. Tried re-binding the board but no fix. Anyone ever experienced this?
I also speculate that this tank may have a BB gun recoil as the cannon is visibly put together in 2 pieces and the turret has an additional wire that I've never seen before ( <--- The orange/white wire). What is this wire for and where should it go on the Taigen board?
Thanks for any tips

I had a very similar situation with my Taigen Tiger I. Simple fix was spreading the points on the micro switch on the recoil mechanism with a tiny screwdriver and it worked. Taigen Imex have a video on YouTube to show you how to do it.Blackadder123 wrote:Bought a 2nd hand Taigen Tiger and everything is fine except for the fact that the tank produces the firing sound non stop (also a random track recoil) upon "igniting the engine". Could you confirm that the orange plug is indeed for the recoil? I've only seen the Imex video of them disassembling the turret - is there another one?

Not sure if it's the same design with the servo operated recoil and bb assemblyc.rainford73 wrote:I had a very similar situation with my Taigen Tiger I.
