To port or not?

Post by Davarama »

Hello all, just knocked up some speaker boxes and at 'mo they are sealed. Two different Visatron 8 Ohms, anyone experimented with ports?

Will be used with IBU & Clark boards.

Cheers, Dava.

Hi Dava

I use a vent tube in my tanks, for the speakers i build the biggest bass reflex box for the biggest speaker that can fit in the hull. Hugh difference in quality and sound volume.

this is an old pic of the guts of my KöTi, you can see the bass box
