Hi all, just read an article on Kydex plastic. Comes in various thickness sheets and can be heated with a heat gun or in the oven then formed to whatever shape you want.

I haven't tried it yet as I'm away from home but note lots of YouTube videos for it's use. I'm sure it will be very handy to have around. Hope this is of use to someone, it's available from the obvious online auction site.
