Do You Think German 170mm Gun Could Take Out Modern Tanks?

I am thinking about the E100 tank. Read articles that its final design is to have a 170mm gun fitted.

I am thinking if the gun do exist today (lets just assume) and its a long barrel high velocity gun, do you think it could take out the M1, Leopard2, Challenger2 tanks etc?

Btw, the 170mm koksan used by the north koreans has a super long barrel. Wonder if that could be converted into a tank gun.

The projectile will not penetrate
but the force of the impact will destroy some...
