Was given this as a xmas present a few years back and finally finished it. Managed to source a WASSAN gearbox and then just shoved in a normal RX18 set up. Trips along quite happily.

I like it and your photos are excellent
I have the same tank with the WSN gearboxes. They are plastic but run very nicely. Very cool
