hi, i am doing things a bit arse about face as i have posted some pics and now i am introducing myself!
i have been a bit obsessed with tanks for a while now, luckily i have a very understanding wife who just wants me to be happy!
currently i have a t-34, two tiger 1s, a panther, a pershing, a king tiger, a panzer 3 in 1/16 and a 1/6 stuart as well as loads of 1/35, 1/72, 1/100 and 1/144 scale models.
i also run an ebay tanker forum and bore everyone around me with my tank obsession (my kids tend to try and sneak out if i start talking tank!) i am just hoping to meet a few like minded people on here and maybe make some new friends!

Well you came to the right place, i doubt you will be able to bore anybody on here talking tanks, looks like you could do with a few more allied tanks to even up your collection, i hear their is a new Sherman on the way soon

been looking forward to the sherman for a while now as the tamiya alternatives are somewhat pricey also want the new kv1 when it comes out!
but i have to say i am more of a fan of the german hardware im currently working on a late tiger 1 but its been taking me ages to do as i scrapped most of the innards and made and bought better stuff to fill it up with again but with the lack of space inside i have really had to struggle with the layout!
i will probably post some "work in progress pics soon to see what people think of it!

ha, yup that would be about right "my addiction began in blah blah and so on!"
where are you going to be in august as i have been itching to meet some people like me and would love the opportunity to start a 1/16 tank club in Exeter somewhere but just never known where to begin or who to start it with etc (course it doesn't help having no transport a mental condition and hypothyroidism!!! ). but anyway i would love to come to a meet just let me know where and when and i will do my damndest to be there!
