Hello,
This is a Vandra/DGS Firefly conversion kit mounted on a extended Heng Long Sherman chassis. It was a relatively quick and easy conversion compared to their M-10 Wolverine. The chassis was cut in 3 sections to add the equivalent of one track link between bogies. Realigning the chassis sections with plasticard takes a while for a solid and seamless fit. Most resin parts are well produced, but the rear bin needs some rework. The only real accuracy issue I saw is that the turret escape hatch is not positioned at the right angle compared to references. It would have been too much work reposition it so I left it like that. The spare track holder was locally made and loaded with T-74 links. I am planning to replace the plastic Heng Long track with metal T-74 as soon as I find an affordable way to get more spare links. After painting, corners and shaded areas were inserted with AK black pigments, then the tank and highlights were dry brushed with dark steel pigments. The tiger attacking it is a WSN mid production Tiger.

You cut the chassis into 3 sections ?!
