Fairly new to the hobby, started off with a WSN tank, but now want to invest in a Taigen, until funds stretch to the Torro Shermans.
My question is after reading the Forum as to who is the best Vendor for selling these tanks. Having read some of the Forums one or two of the Vendors I was considering I am now not so sure, so would welcome advice.

Re: Trustworthy Vendors
Hi aikmanmosquito a very warm welcome to the forum, if you look under forums and see the vendor section you will see both recommended vendors and also vendor blacklist. If in doubt then please post a question on here for members to give advice BEFORE parting with your hard-earned readies as they have been some very sad tales in the past. It helps also if you put in your profile where you are based because the advice may vary depending on where you are.
Enjoy the forum and happy tanking but be warned that this hobby is very addictive and can empty bank accounts very quickly

Re: Trustworthy Vendors
I would agree with the list, and would add RCTank.de, and as they have improved dramatically lately, Tankzone.
Steer clear of Nitrotek, great if you get what you ordered in perfect condition, but probably the worst customer service in the event of a problem. If you get a duff model, you are on your own.
Any of the aftermarket electronics suppliers are excellent, eg Clark, Elmod, IBU.
There are two ways to get a good tank. One is to buy one as cheaply as possible, and upgrade it/repair it, to how you want it, and the other is to buy one with all the aftermarket bits on it that you want.
