Well I think the TK22 series of boards just became a whole lot more interesting, well spotted Michael.

Does this mean we will be able to download and programme different sound sets in the TK20 series? I see the sound codes mentioned on the Clark site but not the programmer (yet)
Also, will there be software with the programmer to load and/or modify sound sets?

That's interesting, Clark's original concept was a board with programmable sounds, but he dropped that in favour of preprogrammed boards, presumably as he knew he would sell more boards that way. Can't knock him for being an astute businessman.

It looks like the gizmo will now allow anyone to install any sounds from his library, update the firmware, and even upgrade the board from TK24 to TK60 spec?

Right, I have a TK22 and a TK24 so does this mean, for example, I need to send them to Clark Model (or supplier) to upgrade the 22 to a 24 and the 24 to a TK60? And in the case of the latter the TK60 looks to be physically bigger so what does the upgrade amount to in this case?
(it all sounds good though I'm new to this and still muddling my way around so please excuse my ignorance if the answers are obvious).

I am guessing that Clark may be the best person to ask, his site isn't always as clear as it could be, but I always forgive him that as English isn't his first language...though he speaks English rather better than I can speak his. :S

Now let me quickly give some info here

all boards listed with a 'p' in the product name have the ability to be reprogramed ( sound) with a programer

made a little video on the subject
