Hobby engine leopard 2a6

I have a hobby engine leopard 2a6 and need help. The tank runs fine but I want to change the motors/gearbox. I'm also going to get metal sprockets/ tracks. The problem is I have no idea of what to buy or how to do it... Can someone please help me figure this out. Thank you
