Re: Metal observation slits
Hallo Kevin, I assume you mean the round vision ports with a horizontal slit fitted to both sides of the Tiger 1 Turret.?
If so you might like to go to ------------
www.rctank.de
Click on Accessories,
Click on Tiger 1,
Click on Sub Page "3" and scroll down,
The item is titled "Tiger 1 SEE SLOTS, 2 PCS, Priced Euros 3.90"
My experience with this dealer is that they always deliver but they are not the fastest.
Shaun.

Re: Metal observation slits
If you haven't ordered them already I have a spare pair knocking around somewhere - which you can have for free.
However please note that they are not strictly accurate because the slit should be just beneath the halfway point.
That's why you're better of getting a couple of the relevant Tamiya sprues: they are accurate and you get a lot of other useful spares at the same time!

Re: Metal observation slits
Hi tanks I have already ordered some observation slits but thanks for the offer really generous. I suppose these are better than heating a flat screw driver up and melting the slot in and the metal ones are nicer to look at.

They do look better than the screwdriver trick. I tried it hashed it up and covered them wkj68 wrote:Hi tanks I have already ordered some observation slits but thanks for the offer really generous.
