There are a few posts already about this kit, I thought I would add my 2 cents worth on it too
Nice packaging and quick shipment. Parts are nice and pretty clean from the start.
I have just started to assemble and thought I would post a few pics of the process. And I hope to get some help from you guys in the future as I am sure I will need it
This is my first resin kit. Pretty darn cool!!!! Thinking of getting the mato barrel and keeping the airsoft?

Looks like a great start, Mark. How are you finding working with the resin kit?

I am really enjoying it, was a little apprehensive at first having never used resin parts. They are good, well fitting, and easy to cut and sand
Highly recommend this kit so far, only one part was a little off and that's the turret base, but the HL works just fine with the kit. I hope DSG come out with more kits
Cheers Mark

Quick question, been working away today got the HL gun, elevation etc in. Now lower part of turret
Won't close on left side. Does the turret elevation unit need lowering ? Or did I make a mistake?
Cheers Mark

Mark, if you are using the side elevation unit (i.e. Stug/Panther unit) with the Heng Long mounting plate you need to either lower the mounting posts, or trim down the single pole that holds up the mounting plate to get the right angle so that bottom plate will fit properly.
Of course this is assumming that the bottom part was fitting tight before you mount the elevation unit. Otherwise it could be the mounting posts for the turret bottom as I have to trim them down a bit as well.
