Tamiya transmitter question

Post by Afrikakorps »

Hi,
I have just finished building my first 1/16 Tamiya tank and have a question for all Tamiya tank owners:

What type of radia transmitter do you use ?
The Tamiya Attack or something completely different?
Also how many channels do you use ?

Cheers

Flysky th9xb with a smartieparts board is what I use. 8 Channels and sometimes I feel I need more.

EDIT: If you use the stock tamiya electronics you wont need more channels than that, unless you install tons of lights, opening hatches and things like that.

The majority of my tanks use the Futaba T4YF-2.4G that have a three position switch installed to fire the cannon and machine gun. I have one Tamiya Attack, one DX6i, and two Flysky CT6B's which I won't buy again.
