I think you might be able to get a slightly better deal, but yes, they're worth the high price, if you ask me. Mine is just great, the IBU2 handles it excellently, and it has lots of room inside for mods like the servo operated machine gun I put in. With the JT on an IBU2 and the Flysky i10 I think it's a really winning combo.

I have 1 as well, it's a BEAST! I'm running the IBU3 with JP480 motors and a modified TARR MKII smoker. A few other upgrades but it's a nice tank! And HUGE! It's longer then my KT by almost an inch.

I have been piece-milling a Torro JT together for the last month or two (from imex) and to be honest, I probably should just bought one RTR out of the box since I can see the $ being darn close to what it would have been to just buy it already together, but I wanted to buy it in pieces to save some money. From what I can see looking at my naked chassis and the upper hull, I'd say they are well worth the money! I will have to fill the side seam/gap on the upper and do a few other fun details, but they did a nice job on it! The road wheels, sprockets & idlers arrived last week and they are awesome too, nice and heavy... now I just have to get the tracks, but those are pretty expensive. So, yes... its worth it!

I bought one back in march. I got a good deal @ about 325/350'ish £ .

It's a super model. Heavy , and it runs pritty good straight out of the Box With the 2,4ghz system .all parts that matters is metal. Anf did I mention the looks of it. Wow, what a cool looking model.

Only letdown for me, was the pot metal, and not the 'black' gearboxes. But they still at it, and I must change my mind about those I think :D

Here is a few clip's of mine . Enjoy

That's odd mine and Max-U52 both came with the full bearing steel machined gearboxes.

You think it runs good now try swapping out for the full bearing version gearboxes.

Jack, maxmekker got the European Torro JT, where you and I got them from Imex in Florida.

maxmekker, would you happen to still have to box? I think it would be interesting to see the differences. I imagine there won't be many, just the Imex logo on the front maybe? I'll get some photos of mine soon.
