I used to buy full set of screws including springs from taobao.com. you might have international shipping problem and you may not trust that Chinese rival of eBay.
H/L Pantiger, H/L Leopard 2A6, Mato Panzer III, Hybrid Tiger 1 and some tank wreckage

It looks the same as the ones taht come out of the Tiger 1 idler wheels. I have a couple if you are still looking.

Idler wheel screws? Got 2 of em here out of my old Taigen King Tiger lower that's just like a H/L. Yours if you want them no charge.
