The Manchester Armoured Division monthly meet February 21st 2016
THIS MEET IS OUR 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! Cake cake cake!!!!
ATTENTION! THIS MEET WILL BE HELD AT LONGRIDGE PRIMARY SCHOOL!!
This is a test meet so our member's can try out the location and to vote on the move to the school.
IR battles
We do have a few IR battles during the day.
To take part your tank will need a Tamiya compatible system and your IR emitter must be in a tube with 6mm of tube at the head of the bulb.
We can give you advice on what systems are best to use to battle with if its your first time at one of our meets.

IF YOU WANT TO TRY OUT THE IR BATTLING we can let you have a go of one of our battle ready Tanks and take part!
Our members will show you what you will need to buy to make your tank a IR battler !!
We love to see new faces and old ! All are welcome

Ian from Rc Tank Electronics will be at the meet giving IBU user back up support and more!

Doors open 10.00am
Doors close 5.00pm

This test meet is free for the club but we will be having a wipp round as we still need to cover our storage room rent at Hyde.

Just a heads up for you guy's who are coming to this meet.
When you arrive at the school the playground gates will be open so drive in and round the back of the building.
The rear doors to the hull will be open ready for you to bring your tanks in

Theres allways next month ! Back at hyde then pending final rent for new venue we should be at Longridge for good after the March meet

I would like to thank everyone who came to the test meet at longridge one of the best turn outs i have seen! We all voted and 99% yes to move !
So pending final cost to hire the school hall March should be the last meet at Hyde.
Plus we have 6 people who are in the uk tank club who came to look at private field and want to use it to run there 1/6 scale tanks on.

Love the parachutes, took me a while to notice them! lol.

Now I have a dilemma....do I come up for the last Hyde meet so that someone can get their Tiger back, or do I wait a month and see what the new venue is like?? Strangely there is only 15 mins added to the travelling time to get to Longridge from down in the tropical south.
