I am allways somewhat sceptical regarding kits as addons especially after buying the an bri a.a. gun kit.
but jukenburg is proving to be a different kettle of fish.
Looking at the excellent job you have made of the su . it proves that it was worth the cost, time and effort,
go to the top of the class
!

Wads, this is tom's baby. I also have the same one from Juck although it is nothing close to tom's, the kit itself is absolutely marvelous.

Yeah a lot of the praise should go to the conversion, lots of detail on that thing, also the mig modulation kit and weathering products really make life easier.MichaelC wrote:Wads, this is tom's baby. Wads, the resin conversions can be hit or miss depending on the manufacturer. The old profline ones were awesome but now asiatam have take over the moulds I've heard the quality has really suffered. Juckenburg are really really robust and well cast, they've not got the really fine detail of some but I find a lot of the really fiddly resin stuff is prone to breaking and you often need to replace it yourself.
