Bull dog heng long

Hi all tankers just asking why does my old bull dog lights flash when battery's connected but there is no start up or sound be grateful for any suggestions on wot might be wrong many tanks Leadfoot

The lights are supposed to flash when you turn on the tank, so that part seems to be OK, but if it won't start I'd start checking the TX. The power light comes on, but when you push the start button nothing happens? 2.4GHz or 27MHz?

If you have the old style 27mhz setup then its more then likely the transmitter and receiver crystals that is the problem. You can try to remove and then reinsert them to see if that works. sometimes they need to be wiggled a bit.
Like Maxx says, make sure that you have power to the transmitter first, sometimes the batteries don't connect properly in the holder which causes issues

Make sure the tank battery is fully charged ,I know it sounds daft
