New & Improved Hooben T-55

Apparently Hooben have revised their T-55 kit and made some improvements. The main changes look to be improved parts sprues, a detail change to the fuel drums, a new gearbox and bearings in the road wheels.

I always thought this kit was a bit underrated so it's nice to see it getting some love and it's great to see Hooben are still investing in the RC Tank market. The wheel bearings are of particular interest to me as fixing the wobbly road wheels on my T-55 is on my list of things to do.

I thought hooban quit making the T-55? this is great news for those of us who would like to get one. I've wanted a T-55 for a long time, who sells them or do you have to go directly to Hooban?

UPDATE: I've just received and email from hooben, they are selling the t55 again and with new molds!

I got that same email, but it doesn't give a price or tell you where to buy it.

Well this is very exciting. The T-55 is my favorite tank of all time.
