New Member - and my collection

Post by chrisbids33 »

Hi all. I've been lurking for a few weeks and have decided to take the plunge and post something !
Here is a sample of my 1/16 collection - mostly Tamiya, with a few other makes (Hen Long, Andrews Design, etc).

Let me know what you think.

Thanks for the welcome lads - already got a few new ideas from this site - didn't realise the hobby was getting so popular now !

The 1/16 Maus is a static resin kit from Germany - not RC unfortunately. Took about two months to build and I've still got to finish the grills on the hull. This thing is huge and makes the King Tiger look like a tankette ! The guy who sells these kits also does a 1/16 E100 which is looking very tempting. This one looks as though it may be RC-able with the Tamiya KT running gear/extended chassis - maybe worth a dabble over the summer.

Cheers

Chris.
